In 2015 we launched the ESI Academy. Our key focus is on mentoring staff to reach their full potential and chartership to enhance the number, technical quality and performance of our teams.
Our Academy programme allows us to invest in our most important resource – our team – so that they can achieve their career aspirations and professional development needs.
We believe that only through the development of technical, commercial, managerial and operational skills, can you have the tools necessary to further business success.
The ESI Academy offers unrivalled opportunities for suitably qualified graduates to advance their Learning & Development via our in-house and external training schemes. We also fund exceptional opportunities for part time Masters and other postgraduate study placements.
Mentoring and Chartership
We believe in concise, structured roadmaps for achieving CGeol chartered status through The Geological Society and have successfully taken staff through to chartered status within our mentoring programme.
Through our coordinated mentoring for Chartership programme we lead our technical staff through all steps of the process, offering shared knowledge, experience and support.
We support and develop your understanding of the complexities of geology and geological processes.
We also support staff with post-Chartership qualifications including, Registered Ground Engineering Professional (RoGEP) and Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC).
Learn In Lunches
As part of our commitment to supporting professional development we run regular ‘Learn in Lunches’, for all our employees.
Through this continuous learning programme, you can enhance your skills in areas aligned to the needs of a growing environmental consultancy, including, technical skills, commercial awareness, business development, project delivery and health and safety.
