Managing Director


Jon is the former Land Group Director at ESI and Group Manager at White Young Green.


He has a proven track record with strong commercial leadership, securing significant year on year revenue and profit growth across our industry sectors. He is an Engineering Geologist, with a background in geo-environmental risk management.


John has worked extensively with property developers and government to deliver successful development projects on marginal land on quarries, landfill and brownfield restoration.


He was educated at Imperial College with a Masters in Engineering Geology.

Mike Streetly
Mike Streetly

Director – Innovation


Mike is a very experienced hydrogeologist and project director/manager, well known for his experience in water resource assessment.


He has extensive practical experience, particularly in the design, installation and operation of hydrometric networks and pumping tests. He is a regular contributor to conferences, member of numerous hydrogeological committees and has published papers on a variety of topics.


Mike has been responsible for water resource studies in all major UK aquifers, including many regional groundwater model studies for the Environment Agency, as well as more site specific studies for most of the major water companies.


He has project managed numerous hydrogeological impact assessments for the extractive industry, including several of the UK’s largest limestone quarries. He also has acted as an expert witness in matters related to natural mineral waters.

Francis Crozier

Director – Land Group


As a Chartered Waste Manager and Environmentalist, Francis has extensive experience in the UK and international Waste Management Sector, previously working as Waste Group Director at Entec and Amec Foster Wheeler.


He has been involved in all aspects of solid waste management and the regeneration of brownfield land for infrastructure development.


Francis has been Contract Director for major Defra and Environment Agency frameworks and directed the production of several guidance documents. With Local Authorities he has worked on waste contract procurement, infrastructure development and landfill remediation.


He has also been involved in the development of private integrated waste management facilities and brownfield regeneration.


With extensive experience of regulatory negotiations, Francis has acted as expert witness in litigation and public inquiries. He has also led technical, environmental and commercial due diligence projects on a number of major company transactions.

Paul Daily
Paul Daily

Director – Water Group


Paul is an experienced hydrogeologist, groundwater modeller and project manager. During his professional career, he has applied his hydrogeological expertise to a range fields, including groundwater and contaminant transport modelling, water resources assessment, low flow investigations, water quality investigations, groundwater risk assessment, environmental impact assessment and infrastructure development.

Paul has particular skills in quantitative hydrogeology, and has developed conceptual and numerical models of several of the UK’s major aquifer systems, including the London Basin groundwater system and the Sherwood Sandstone aquifer underlying Birmingham.
