We naturally take our responsibility to minimise the impact on the environment very seriously. Just as our team has an instinctive sense of protecting, managing and co-existing with our resources, so does this translate in how we operate as a business.
More information on this can be found in our Environmental Statement
Our nominated charity is Water Aid, the UK’s leading organisation for delivering sustainable water resources to most impoverished areas of the world to create better living conditions and maintain health.
We are nothing without water. We are passionate about ensuring the world can access and manage fresh water supplies for its population in a scalable and sustainable manner.
We have supported many fund raising events over the years, such as the 2016 Coracle Race held on the River Severn in Shrewsbury.
Our office staff also regularly raise funds through bake offs and cake sales for MacMillan Cancer.
We believe in giving local, talented people in our community the best chance to follow their environmental passions through our work. We have a well-established programme of outreach to further and higher education students in our colleges and universities close to each of main regional offices in Shrewsbury, Reading and Cardiff.
We also provide presentations in schools, colleges and universities to support and enrich our understanding of flood risks, land contamination and groundwater science and its role in wider environmental management.
