Barnaby has over 18 years of experience as a project manager and hydrogeologist on a wide range of environmental, development and infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas.

 

With a strength in quantitative hydrogeology, he has worked on groundwater modelling projects and has an extensive applied experience on pumping test execution and analysis, stormwater and wastewater disposal, and geotechnical issues.

 

Most recently he has been the Team Leader for the groundwater components of the HS2 Environmental Impact Assessment.

James is an experienced Geo-environmental Engineer with over twelve years’ experience working within the geotechnical, environmental, transportation and civil engineering industries within the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia.

 

James has developed his technical and project management experience as an Engineer with key skills including the designing, performing and reviewing of Phase I and II Geo-Environmental Risk Assessments, Geotechnical parameterisation of ground conditions, Human Health & Groundwater Quantitative Risk Assessments, designing and validating remediation schemes, and providing planning advice / technical reports.
